Outsourced HR Director ServiceÂ
How we Can Support your Team
Do you want all the benefits of having an HR Director on board in your organisation without needing to hire a senior HR executive? Do you want advice and insight from someone who you can really get to know and who understands your business? Â
Our Outsourced HR Director Service does just that. We bring Board level experience and insight into your business at a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire. We understand that for many organisations hiring a full-time HR Director is either unnecessary or financial unviable. Our HR Director services provide real value to your business in an efficient and cost-effective way.
Our HR Director service:Â
- Provides expert HR support
- Helps you improve performanceÂ
- Analyses your business, understands the people data and helps you make the right decisions for the long-term benefit of the businessÂ
- Solves problems
And above all, we’ll challenge you by encouraging the right decisions to be made, not necessarily the easy decisions. With your business’ best interests at heart, it is sometimes necessary to open up those difficult conversations to get to the root of an issue.Â
We have a wealth of experience across a variety of sectors and industries, not just in HR, but also transformation programmes and system implementations. We’re also used to joining the dots, spotting unintended consequences and thinking big picture.Â
Services start from £850 per month and allows a member of our team to spend 1 day each month working with you on your HR and people issues.Â
What People Want To Know
What would an outsourced HR Director do?
The short answer is they will do what’s required to help your business achieve its objectives. They will bring a level of expertise and insight that probably doesn’t already exist with the team, so will be able to think big picture and long-term as well as more tactically if there is a specific challenge or problem on the horizon. They will spot issues and opportunities that aren’t apparent to others and they will focus on how you can set up your team for success, enhance and improve its performance and create a culture where people want to come to work and go the extra mile.
How can they do all of this in one day per month?
It’s all about making the best use of their time. There would be little point, for example, in asking them to sift CV’s for a role you’re recruiting to, but huge benefit in designing your company’s approach to recruitment and defining your employee value proposition so that you can consistently hire and retain the best people for your team.
Is this service flexible?
Yes, of course. You can have as much or as little time as you need. If you only need half a day per month that’s fine, or 2 half days instead of a full day. Of course there’s more flexibility if you don’t want our HR Director physically on-site, although we recognise the value of physical presence for this type of support.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, unless of course through our work you agree that an additional service or system is required (e.g. Executive Coaching or an HR / Payroll system) in which case we will advise and make recommendations, but you would contract separately for these things.
