What People want to Know
Why should I choose HR Assure?
Not only do you get a full suite of documents to keep you compliant but you get our direct and honest advice, too. In our session, we will discuss your current situation and point you in the right direction. We’ll draw on our 90 years’ collective experience to give you the best support possible.
Why is HR compliance important?
HR compliance helps you to meet your statutory obligations as an employer. This may be legal and contractual compliance – both are equally important to establish a solid foundation to your employment practices.
What else do I have to comply with?
There are many statutory responsibilities that must be complied with as an employer, including those relating to pay (national minimum wage and HMRC requirements such as PAYE), health and safety, workplace pension obligations, right to work in the UK and fair treatment to prevent discrimination
What is the Managers Guide?
As an extra resource for you, we have pulled all our top tips together into this guide. It can act as your go-to document for when you have any questions or queries in the future and one we hope you will find very useful alongside the HR support we provide.
Do I have to issue a contract of employment?
Contracts exist, whether the terms are written down or agreed verbally. However, from 6th April 2020, all employees and workers are entitled to a written statement of particulars on day one
What happens if I don’t comply with employment law?
Ultimately you could face a claim for breach of contract or to an Employment Tribunal. Such claims can be costly, time consuming and disruptive. They can also have an impact of your reputation which may affect how you are viewed by potential customers and employees
Our Three Step Process:
Your journey with HR Assure starts with a consultation where we learn about your business, your team and your challenges. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach; we provide tailored advice based on your specific needs and circumstances.
Once we understand your needs, we provide you with a set of HR documents—from employment contracts and a new starter form to a range of policies that form the cornerstone of your HR. These aren’t just documents; they’re your first line of defence, your peace of mind.
Continued Support and Guidance:
But our commitment doesn’t end with documents. As you evolve and grow, we’re here for you. Ready to help you navigate HR challenges, so you can continue to focus on what you do best—running your business.
