Adam’s extensive HR background meant that he was able to hit the ground running with no further explanation needed from Lincolnshire County Council. He was able to understand the context of the project and our needs, through his experience with different systems and his understanding of training, payroll and recruitment functions.

I had the great pleasure of working with Adam during the design, commissioning and implementation of a complex new hospital. Part of this project included sourcing, shortlisting and recruiting more than 150 new staff to safely open the new hospital. Adam applied a common-sense approach and professional leadership to achieve this challenging objective. I was lucky enough to interview many candidates together with Adam and his command of HR practices and procedures together with his friendly approach was simply superb. It was a joy to watch and learn from him. Nothing was too much trouble for him and without his input, the final goal would simply have not been realised. Throughout the very effective time Adam spent with us in Australia, working as part of our team, to improve the efficacy of our Human Resources function, his conduct was exemplary. I have had the opportunity to work with Adam from Petaurum Solutions on a large scale IT system implementation and HR Transformation Programme for a large County Council. Adam’s extensive HR experience meant he was extremely effective in leading both Programmes to ensure fit for purpose solutions would be in place for the organisation. His ability to tackle and resolve a number of issues and challenges associated with these Programme’s was excellent as he has a natural pragmatic and collaborative style of working.
