We understand that HR can mean lots of different things to different people but for us, it’s all about making better workplaces.
We do this by providing Straightforward HR advice and guidance and by helping our clients to set-up their team for success. In doing this, our aim is to prevent people’s problems and focus on how everyone can pull in the same direction to drive consistently high performance and better outcomes.
For us, this is what HR is all about. Of course, problems occur and people can sometimes behave in unexpected ways. We have many years experience of dealing with these situations, but prefer, if it’s at all possible, to focus our efforts and energies on proactive ways to get the best out of people.

Why the name Petaurum? Petaurum comes from the Latin word for “springboard” which perfectly reflects our mission to help organisations leap forward with people at the heart of their business.
