Adam brings over 30 years of professional expertise to the team from both public and private sectors. With extensive experience of supporting businesses on their day-to-day HR issues, Adam has also designed, developed and implemented HR strategies in a range of organisations and sectors from PLCs to SMEs.
Supporting growing businesses and those facing change is a particular speciality, which has included him working as the interim HR Director of an international business based in Australia.
Deeply connected to Lincoln, Adam is a pillar of support in the community. His previous work has seen him as the former Chair of the Lincolnshire Branch of the CIPD. He’s also a seasoned runner, completing his 18th Great North Run and conquering his 1st London Marathon. Along the way, he raised funds for St Barnabas Hospice (Lincolnshire) and Centrepoint.

Mark brings over 30 years experience in helping companies turning their plans into a reality.
Mark originally trained as an Engineer and working in both Blue-chip Companies and Local and Central Government Authorities, these skills have helped Mark bring a logical and pragmatic approach to his work. He is also a firm believer that when each assignment has finished, the company and its people are more knowledgeable and equipped than before he started; a belief that is born out by the number of repeat contracts awarded and the continual mentoring of teams after he has left.
A qualified football referee and an avid football fan, when not working Mark can be found enjoying the fresh air and exploring the countryside either on his bike or in his self-restored 30 year old Campervan.
Dean joined Petaurum with over 10 years of retail management experience. During this time, his experiences of being at the sharp-end of managing diverse teams and the operational implementation of HR and L&D strategy within stores led to an ever-blooming passion for HR. He funded his Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in HR Management and has spent time working in white-collar outsourcing as an HR Administrator. Dean, just like Adam, has strong ties to Lincoln. With his previous work as a dedicated member of the CIPD Lincolnshire Branch Committee, he goes above and beyond to contribute to the HR community.
In the periods between work, Dean enjoys walks with his dog, a good audiobook and watching football at the LNER Stadium where Lincoln City have been known to (occasionally) win!

Zac has demonstrated history of working in the financial services sector having fulfilled senior roles with Citigroup and Goldman Sachs, he then moved into professional cricket administration as Group Commercial Director at Surrey County Cricket Club and then Hampshire Cricket. Then wound up his career in Cricket after four years at Sussex Cricket where he was CEO.
Skilled in negotiation, business planning, coaching/mentoring and Integrated marketing. Zac has a strong commercial background and extensive experience strategic business development.
Zac’s outside interests include family time, golf, learning to play the guitar and supporting his chosen charities.
Zac is hugely motivated by putting something back and help to develop the next generation of business professionals.
Nicola became an associate of Petaurum Solutions in 2019. Nicola is a Master Coach and specialist in leadership.
Communication and creating engaging cultures. She has spent her career developing leaders and managers as trainer and coach, notably working as ‘Head of Personal Development’ for an international Internal Communications and Employee Engagement Agency.
Nicola Coaches leaders and manager to help them be their best, lead well and influence productive cultures. As a Master Coach she also trains and equips managers and leaders with the most engaging of skills sets – the communication skills of the coach.
Bill became an associate of Petaurum Solutions in 2014 and is an accomplished HR Professional.
Who brings a pragmatic approach to delivering people management solutions. In a career spanning almost 40 years, he has held Senior HR roles in Manufacturing, Retail, Construction, Education and Public Services.
Bill has delivered many Complex Change Projects involving Reward, Pensions, TUPE/Restructure, HRIS and Recruitment, often in highly Unionised Workplaces. In 2013 for example, Bill managed the integration of over 500 prison teachers and instructors who were transferred from FE Colleges to A4e under the Government tendered OLASS 4 contract. This project involved implementing a complex communications plan across 26 HMPS establishments, and providing challenging but constructive consultation with the Recognised Teachers’ Unions.
Since joining Petaurum, Bill has completed a range of assignments for clients including launching a Flexible Benefits Platform for 2000+ employees in the Financial Sector, supporting a Remuneration and Benefits Transformation Programme in a National Charity, implementing a Public Sector Pension Reform Programme in a large County Council and various TUPE Consultancy work.
