As the Co-Founder and Director of Petaurum HR, Mark Dyer is responsible for the growth and development of the company across Suffolk and East Anglia. He has a wealth of experience in HR, having worked over 30 years in helping companies turning their plans into a reality.
Mark previously trained as an Engineer and has worked for both blue-chip corporations and local and central government authorities, which have given him a technical, analytical approach to his role.
Mark has experience of working with businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to large corporate companies, and he is passionate about helping companies to succeed. He is a strong believer in the power of communication and collaboration, and he is always keen to share his knowledge and expertise with others.
When not officiating football matches, Mark may be found enjoying the outdoors, whether on his bike or in his self-restored 30-year-old Campervan!
