  • The Employment Rights Bill 2024-25 was introduced on 10 October 2024 but is yet to be ratified,  including:

    • A new Agency to enforce holiday pay and strengthen statutory sick pay – and reduce pressure on the overstretched employment tribunal system, allowing quicker access to justice. Also proposed to extend the time limit to issue claim from 3 to 6 months
