Petaurum HR has had a very successful month in May!
From winning TWO awards to continued delivery of first-class services to our clients.
In this article, we will tell you all about the awards, and how the month has been for the team!
Not One, But Two! 🏆
That’s right, Petaurum HR won not one, but TWO awards in May!
The first award was for “HR Consultancy of The Year 2022”, which we were awarded by SME News in their UK Enterprise Awards. which saw us selected as the best HR Consultancy from a final tough nomination group. This was the second year in a row we have been awarded this accolade, and we are truly honoured.

We also won the “Best HR Support Provider – London” from the Acquisition International’s Business Excellence Awards! This award is in recognition of our outstanding contribution to London specifically and is a testament to our team’s dedication and hard work.

Client Successes
In addition to winning awards, we have also had some great success with our clients this month.
Whilst most of what we do has to remain confidential, for obvious reasons, we’ve delivered a range of advice on various different topics from HR Audits, contracts and policies, sickness absence and capability through to delivery of some people management training for team leaders.
On top of that we’ve completed a grievance investigation, developed a reward and benefits framework and helped one of our clients understand their employer obligations around Pensions Auto Enrolment, working to ensure that they remain compliant and do not receive any penalty notifications from the Regulator.
We are continuing to help another client with a major acquisition and deliver ongoing programme management for a major transformation programme.
The Odd Visit Inbetween!
As well as winning awards and supporting all of our amazing clients, we also had to leave time to visit and support our local connections!
Lincolnshire CIPD
Adam has been rather busy this month with his Branch Chair responsibilities at Lincolnshire CIPD at a variety of events, including being one of the speakers at the “Power of Networking” student event and annual CIPD meeting.
Lincolnshire Business Expo
On 24th May, Adam also went to support fellow partners, clients and of course support our truly amazing, charity partner, St Barnabas Hospice who were promoting their Pub Quiz fundraiser. This is a great opportunity to support the Hospice at your local and further details can be found here.

In addition, Adam has been out and about at the LN6 Networking meeting and Lincoln Business Club, with Dean meeting lots of new people at LinkedIn Local.
Benefits Cloud Sponsorship
And finally, we’ve filled in all the gaps in our diary working on some exciting plans for Benefits Cloud and a forthcoming change for our Lincoln office …… more on these to follow!
