St Barnabas Hospice have been our charity partner for a number of years. So, it was without any hesitation that we accepted their invitation to ‘Go Yellow’ in celebration of their birthday on Thursday 11th June 2020.
‘Go Yellow’ is the perfect opportunity to spread some sunshine to honour 38 years of compassionate, outstanding end-of-life care in Lincolnshire.
St Barnabas Hospice is the leading charity in Lincolnshire. It provides palliative and end-of-life care to adults living with a life-limiting or terminal illness.
In a world where dying with dignity and compassion is a fundamental part of a life, St Barnabas’ mission is to ensure all individuals facing the end of their life in Lincolnshire receive dignified, compassionate care when they require it and where they ask for it.
We are proud to support the amazing work St Barnabas do.
Our Support
Petaurum Co-Founder and Director, Adam Davey has already completed 15 Great North Runs to support St Barnabas.
He has raised well over £10,000 in the process and it’s rumoured he’s mentioned trying to get to 25!
Adam commented: “St Barnabas Hospice is an amazing organisation that touches the lives of so many people.
The staff are so caring and compassionate and they give so much support and positivity to people at the time when they need it the most. The thought of continuing to run is the easy part.
As long as everyone keeps sponsoring me, I’ll keep running!”
