Adam Davey
Co-Founder & Director – Lincolnshire Team Lead
Adam has over 30 years of professional HR experience in both the public and private sectors. He is experienced in supporting businesses on their day-to-day HR issues and has also designed, developed and implemented HR strategies in a range of organisations and sectors from PLCs to SMEs.
Adam is passionate about helping businesses to develop and grow, and he firmly believes that effective HR management is essential for this. He is a former Chair of the Lincolnshire Branch of the CIPD, where he still provides his wealth of HR knowledge & support to the Lincolnshire community as part of the committee.
In his spare time, you will find Adam running the casual marathon! Over the years Adam has now gone on to complete over 20 Great North Runs as well as both the London and Manchester Marathons, raising funds for St Barnabas Hospice (Lincolnshire) and Centrepoint in the process.
Dean Bruce
Lincolnshire HR Advisor
With more than ten years of retail management expertise, Dean joined Petaurum HR in 2022.
His experiences as an HR leader at the sharp end of managing varied teams and the operational implementation of HR and training strategy within shops drove him to have a lifelong interest in HR. He completed his Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in Human Resources Management and worked as an HR administrator before joining the team.
In his free time, Dean is a UEFA C qualified football coach and is a key part of the junior coaching team at Lincoln United Football Club, supporting both boys’ and girls’ teams develop their skills and understanding of the game. He also likes to walk his dog and watch Lincoln City play football at the LNER Stadium. The team isn’t always successful, but they occasionally come out on top!
Ginny Davies
Lincolnshire HR Advisor
Having gained almost 20 years’ valuable experience in generalist HR in the charity and private sectors, Ginny truly believes in building strong professional relationships through excellent customer service.
Ginny started in an HR Administration role in Kentucky, USA and whether carrying out the day-to-day running of a HR department or working on various projects, no two days are ever the same.
In her spare time, Ginny is a Charity Trustee and a baker ….. the team love Ginny’s baking weekends when new recipe ideas and samples get brought into the office!
