Meet Dean! 
HR Advisor for Petaurum HR, Dean has over 10 years of retail management experience over which time the operational implementation of HR and L&D strategy within stores lead to an ever blooming passion for HR. He funded his Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in HR Management and has spent time working in white collar outsourcing as an HR Administrator.In the periods between work, Dean enjoys his weekends watching Lincoln City as a season ticket holder and has recently started learning Bokmål! He even uses his spare time to focus on HR as a member of the CIPD Lincolnshire Branch Committee.We are so happy to have Dean on board!
