The Employment Rights Bill 2024-25 was introduced on 10 October 2024 but is yet to be ratified, including:
- Re-instate the School Support Staff Negotiating Body to improve terms and conditions for school support staff
- Creation of an Adult Social Care Negotiating Body, with a remit to make agreements about the pay, terms and conditions of adult social care workers in England.
