I had the great pleasure of working with Adam during the design, commissioning and implementation of a complex new hospital. Part of this project included sourcing, shortlisting and recruiting more than 150 new staff to safely open the new hospital. Adam applied a common-sense approach and professional leadership to achieve this challenging objective. I was lucky enough to interview many candidates together with Adam and his command of HR practices and procedures together with his friendly approach was simply superb. It was a joy to watch and learn from him. Nothing was too much trouble for him and without his input, the final goal would simply have not been realised.
