Adam’s extensive HR background meant that he was able to hit the ground running with no further explanation needed from Lincolnshire County Council. He was able to understand the context of the project and our needs, through his experience with different systems and his understanding of training, payroll and recruitment functions.
Adam also brings a great strategic awareness, as well as a practical understanding of the steps and processes involved in order to implement the strategy. His breadth of knowledge and experience, was a great asset during the project. Crucially, Petaurum Solutions sat as a neutral partner of a much wider team of other professionals, administrative and technical people, from at least 5 different organisations, involved in the switching from the previous suppliers to the new system, and have been key in supporting this team and the wider Council in delivering change.
